AN ORDNANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET
PLAN (15,519 AND 18,055), MODIFYING THE STREET
CLASSIFICATIONS AND DESIGN STANDARDS N THE
AREA EAST OF INTERSTATE 30 AND NORTH OF
INTERSTATE 440; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, City Staff recommends the Master Street Plan be modified in the
area, and;
WHEREAS, the little Rock Planning Commission reviewed the changes and
recommends them.
NOW. THEREFORE; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That "Section 4: Functional Classification of Street System" be
amended as follows:

SECTION 2. The following footnotes be added to the listing of streets in
"Section 4: Functional Classification of Street System".
Markham /3`d/6 h Minor Arterial be footnoted for the segment east of
Cumberland as 70 foot right -of -way with 48 feet of paving (back -to -back) and
two 6 -foot sidewalks.
a College Street as sidewalks required on both sides of the road.
Bond Street as right -of -way of 60 feet with 48 feet of paving (back -to- back).
Two travel lanes and two bike /parking lanes; sidewalks would be required on
both sides.
SECTION 3. The Master Street Plan Map is modified as shown on the attached
graphics.
