AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM VARIOUS
LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION OF A PIPE
STEM LOT AND A VARIANCE FROM THE MINIMUM
STANDARDS OF A PIPE STEM LOT FOR THE PARKER
PLACE SUBDIVISION — PRELIMINARY PLAT (S- 1371),
LOCATED AT 12011 GARRISON ROAD, PULASKI COUNTY,
ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Parker Place Subdivision —
Preliminary Plat (S -1371) as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(f) to allow the creation of a pipe -stem lot for both Lots 1 and 2, Parker
Place Subdivision.
Subsection B. That variances are granted from the provisions of Section 31 -2
(Lot, Pipe stem) to permit Lots 1 and 2 Parker Place Subdivision to have a pipe stem
width of less than 30 feet at the street right -of -way and to have a lot depih, including the
pipe stem, of greater than 300 -feet.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
