ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN STREET IMPROVEMENTS
FOR ROLAND HEIGHTS ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral of
certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for a proposed subdivision of rural acreage for
Reeda Williamson on Roland Heights Road as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct boundary street
improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be deferred. The specific deferral
is for widening and improving Roland Heights Road to residential street standards for this
proposed subdivision of land only.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
