CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE
MAXIMUM LOT WIDTH TO DEPTH RATIO FOR THE
ROLAND HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION — PRELIMINARY PLAT
(S- 1372), LOCATED ON ROLAND HEIGHTS ROAD, PULASKI
COUNTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Roland Heights Subdivision —
Preliminary Plat (S -1372) as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(b) to allow an increased lot width to depth ratio for lots 1 and 2 of the
Roland Heights Subdivision.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
