BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: (Z- 6049 -A) — Part of the NW '/4 and part of the SW '/4 of Section 16, T- 1-N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginning at the SW corner of the NW '/4 of said Section 16; thence N00 °55'03" East along the West line of said NW '% 198.03 feet; thence East 1,460.16 feet to a point of the West right -of -way line of Bowman Road; thence in a Southwesterly direction along the West right -of -way line of Bowman Road the following courses: S38 016'02" West 265.10 feet; thence S00 °15'51" West 270.00 feet; thence N88 047'50" West 482.77 feet; thence N00 041'32" West 82.50 feet; thence N89 °59'03" West 811.89 feet; to a point on the West line of the SW '/4 of Section 16; thence N00 °43'15" East along the West line of said SW '/4 187.29 feet to the Point of Beginning containing 12.84 acres, more or less: From R -2 Single Family District to 0-2 Office and Institutional District with condition.
