ORDINANCE NO. 18,797
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER
STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION AND RIGHT -OF -WAY
DEDICTION FOR A MENS DORMITORY LOCATED AT
1200 SOUTH VALENTINE STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a five
year deferral waiver of certain requirements within the Street and Sidewalk Ordinance for the City of
Little Rock as follows:
Subsection a. That Sections 30 -281 and 30 -282, requiring developers to construct
boundary street improvements for one -half of the required commercial street
improvements (defined in Ordinance No. 18,055, Section 1) and to dedicate right -of-
way to 30 feet from centerline for boundary street frontage on Valentine and Maple
Streets be deferred for five (5) years from the effective date of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
