AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN
(16,222) IN THE I -430 DISTRICT FROM
SINGLE FAMILY TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL
ALONG LEHIGH COURT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the general area was reviewed by Planning
Staff, and;
WHEREAS, the proposed Land Use Plan Amendments were
reviewed by the area neighborhood groups, and;
WHEREAS, the change is to reflect the existing and
most probable future land use for the area, and;
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission
recommended the proposed Plan Change.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That an area of Single Family use along
LeHigh Court be amended to Low Density Residential.
SECTION 2. That the City Land Use Plan map be amended
as shown on the attached graphic.
