AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A
PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PLANNED OFFICE
DISTRICT TITLED THE VILLAGES AT RAHLING
ROAD (LOT 10A) REVISED LONG -FORM PCD
(Z- 6323 -D) LOCATED ON RAHLING CIRCLE IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 17,542 AND THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 17,542 passed on
August 5, 1997 be amended to provide for modification of
the Planned Zoning Development described as Villages at
Rahling Road Revised Long -form PCD (Z- 6323 -D).
SECTION 2. That the zoning classification of the
following described property be changed from PCD to Revised
PCD:
Part of Section 36, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Lot 10, The
Village at Rahling Road, Little Rock, Arkansas; Thence
Easterly along the South Right -of -Way line of Rahling
Circle being the Arc of a 199.00 foot Radius Curve to the
left, a Chord Bearing and Distance of N31 °46155 "E, 63.55
feet; Thence S67 022138 "E, 216.90 feet; Thence S25 °29'03 "W,
147,10 feet to the Southeast Corner of said Lot 10; Thence
N46 °21151 "W along the East Line of said Lot 10, 235.29 feet
to the Point of Beginning, containing 23,130 square feet or
0.5310 acres more or less.
SECTION 3. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 4. That the change
classification contemplated for Villages
Revised Long -form PCD is conditioned upon
plan approval within the time specified

SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall not take
effect and be in full force until the final approval of the
plan.
SECTION 7. Severability. In the event any title,
section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word
of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall
not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which
shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
originally a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,
resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed
to the extent of such inconsistency.
