AND HEATHERSTONE POINT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design
standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is
granted to provide for variances of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Brittner Subdivision - Preliminary Plat (5 -1342)
as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from
the provision of Chapter 31, Section 31 -231 to
allow Lots 1 and 2 to have no direct public
street frontage.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
