AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN STREET
IMPROVEMENTS FOR MONTAGNE COURT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for Montagne Court, an
addition to the City of Little Rock, as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct
boundary street improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be
deferred to coincide with the subdivision and boundary street phasing plan as
shown on the Preliminary Plat. The specific deferral is for widening and
improving South Katillus Road and Forest Lane.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
