AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
17,805 WHICH ESTABLISHED DAVIS OFFICE
PARK - LONG -FORM POD (Z -6504) AND
PROVIDING FOR THE RECLASSIFICATION OF
PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
OF INTERSTATE 430 AND COLONEL GLENN ROAD
(Z- 6504 -A) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 17,805 established Davis Office
Park - Long -Form POD (Z -6504) on September 1, 1998
encompassing the subject property; and
WHEREAS, a request was filed on March 4, 2002 to
reclassify the property from POD to C -3, General Commercial
District and 0-3, General Office District; and
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock Planning Commission, on
April 11, 2002, by a vote of 10 ayes, 0 nays and 1 absent
voted to recommend approval of the reclassification from POD
to C -3, 0-3 and OS, Open Space District (Z- 6504 -A).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 17,805, passed on
September 1, 1998, be revoked in its entirety.
SECTION 2. That the property, as described below, be
reclassified from POD to C -3, General Commercial District,
0-3, General Office District and OS, Open Space District,
as indicated:
Z- 6504 -A - Tract "A" described as part of the
West ' -of the NE 14 of Section 21, T -1 -N, R -13-
W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
Beginning at the HE corner of the West It NE 44

SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Chapter 36
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the changes provided for in Sections 1 and 2
hereof.

SECTION 4. That the Ordinance shall not take effect
and be in full force 30 days after the date of its passage
and approval.
SECTION 5. Severability. In the event any title,
section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word
of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall

not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which
shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
originally a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 6. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,
resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed
to the extent of such inconsistency.

As President of Southwest Little Rock United for Progress, I do support the
Revoking of the existing Planned Office Development and the Rezoning to 0-
3 and C•3 for property located at the Southeast corner of Colonel Glenn Road
and I -430.
This statement of support is my opinion. The membership of Southwest Little
Rock United for Progress did not vote on the matter.
