WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 17,805 established Davis Office Park - Long -Form POD (Z -6504) on September 1, 1998 encompassing the subject property; and WHEREAS, a request was filed on March 4, 2002 to reclassify the property from POD to C -3, General Commercial District and 0-3, General Office District; and WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock Planning Commission, on April 11, 2002, by a vote of 10 ayes, 0 nays and 1 absent voted to recommend approval of the reclassification from POD to C -3, 0-3 and OS, Open Space District (Z- 6504 -A). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 17,805, passed on September 1, 1998, be revoked in its entirety. SECTION 2. That the Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its passage and approval. SECTION 5. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall 2 0 0 not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 6. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
