SIDEWALKS FOR RESERVOIR HEIGHTS 2002 PLANNED
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

HEIGHTS DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a five
year deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the
City of Little Rock for Reservoir Heights 2002 Planned Residential Development, located at Reservoir
Road as follows:
Subsection a. That Sections 31- 175(8), requiring developer to provide sidewalks
during subdivision construction be deferred for five (5) years or until adjacent sidewalks
are constructed, whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
