AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM VARIOUS
LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO
ALLOW LOTS WITHOUT PUBLIC STREET FRONTAGE, AN
INCREASE IN THE MAXIMUM LOT DEPTH TO WIDTH
RATIO AND A VARIANCE FROM THE LOT DIMENSION
REQUIREMENT FOR RESERVOIR HEIGHTS 2002 SHORT -
FORM PRD (Z- 2393 -C) LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNERS OF RESERVOIR ROAD AND RESERVOIR
HEIGHTS DRIVE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That variances of certain requirements within
Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be granted for Reservoir
Heights 2002 Short -form PRD as follows:
Subsection a. That a variance be granted from Chapter 31,
Section 31 -231 to allow lots without public street frontage
for Lots 1 through 16.
Subsection b. That a variance be granted from Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(a) to allow a reduced minimum lot dimension
for Lots 6 and 13.
Subsection c. That a variance be granted from Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(b) to allow an increased depth to width
ratio for Lots 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
from and after its passage.
