186532002132255 .84/10/2862 e AO Filed 8 Recorded in Official Records of CAROLYN STALEY PULASKI COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 18,653 CIRCUIT /COUNTY CLERK Fees $11.00 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 18,213 AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT TITLED HYDE PARK SHORT -FORM PRD (Z -6789) LOCATED ALONG THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDES OF WESTGLEN DRIVE, WEST OF GAMBLE ROACK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 18,213 was passed on February 15, 2000 establishing a Planned Zoning District; and WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances establishes causes for revocation of a Planned Zoning District; and WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has not adhered to the approved plan and development schedule; and WHEREAS, the lots have been sold and single family residences have been built on the properties; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal the PZD ordinance and to restore the previous zoning classification of R -2, Single Family Residential. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 18,213 is hereby repealed, removing from the official zoning map the classification Planned Residential District titled Hyde Park Short -Form PRD located along the north and south sides of Westglen Drive, west of Gamble Road. SECTION 2. That the properties described as Lots 20, 21, 40, 64, 65, 66, 67 and 68, Westhampton Subdivision in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas are hereby zoned R -2, Single Family residential. SECTION 3. Severability. In the event any section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not + + + originally a part of the ordinance. + +a, +to )C, r,I- 'P' SECTION 4. Due to the fact that single family residences have been constructed on several of these lots, it is necessary to immediately implement the provisions of this Ordinance. An emergency is, therefore, declared to exist, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage.
