AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF MASTER
STREET PLAN RIGHT -OF -WAY REQUIREMENTS AND
STREET CONSTRUCTION FOR TACO BELL LOCATED AT
NE CORNER OF MARKHAM AND ASH STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Taco Bell, as follows:
Subsection a. That section 31 -282 requiring right -of -way dedication per Master Street
Plan be waived. The specific waiver is for right- of-way on Ash Street.
Subsection b. That section 31 -175 requiring developer to provide street improvements
in conjunction with building permit approval be waived. The specific waiver is for Ash
Street.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
