i ORDINANCE NO. 18,589 C AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT TITLED REPUBLIC INDUSTRIES - REVISED PCD (Z- 4484 -B), LOCATED AT 9812 I -30, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14,960 AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,960 passed on October 1, 1985, be amended to provide for modification of the Planned Zoning Development described as Barn Bedroom Short -Form PCD (Z- 4484); SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from PCD to Revised PCD: A tract of land being part of the West ',i of the SE '4 of the SW 'a of Section 35; T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the NE corner of the said, West 'h, SE 's, SW 'a, of Section 35; thence N88 °42' 25" West along the North line of the said West 4, SE 4, SW 'i of Section 35, 212.15 feet; thence S00 °47158" West 183.00 feet to a point on the Northerly right -of -way line of interstate Highway 30; thence N66 004' East along the said Northerly right -of -way line of Interstate Highway 30, 299.55 feet to a point on the East line of the said West '3, SE 4, SW 'i of Section 35; thence N00 °52116" East along the East line of the said tract of land containing 0.74 acres, more or less. SECTION 3. That the revised site development plan be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. • r SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Republic Industries - Revised PCD is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 2 hereof. SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the plan., SECTION 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION B. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
