AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR
PINNACLE VALLEY SUBDIVISION PHASE
IV LOCATED AT PINNACLE VALLEY
ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide
for deferral of certain requirements within the Streets and Sidewalks Ordinance and
Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock for Pinnacle Valley Subdivision Phase IV
as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 30- 43(d), requiring developers to
provide one -half of the required minor arterial street
improvements for Pinnacle Valley Road, be deferred for a
period of five years or until abutting street improvements are
constructed or building permit on lots 6,7and 8, whichever
occurs first. Specific deferral is for pavement widening to
29.5 feet from centerline, with sidewalk.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after
its passage.
