AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING DRIVEWAY SPACING WAIVER
FOR CRACKERBOX CONVIENIENCE STORE LOCATED
AT NE CORNER OF FOURCHE DAM PIKE AND LINDSEY
ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Crackerbox, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -210 be waived. Specific waiver will allow two
driveways on Lindsey Road, with 140 foot spacing and 125 feet from East property line
and two driveways on Fourche Dam Pike spaced 100 feet apart and 45 from North
property line.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
