AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR
DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN
SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION FOR Baseline
MINI - STORAGE (Z -5485) LOCATED AT 8801
DYLE SPRINGS ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide
for deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street
Plan for the City of Little Rock, for Baseline Mini - Storage, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31- 175(8) requiring developer to provide
sidewalks in conjunction with commercial construction be deferred for
five (5) years or until adjacent development, whichever occurs first.
Specific deferral
is for Doyle Springs Road.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after
its passage.
