AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING DRIVEWAY SPACING
VARIENCE FOR MABELVALE MIDDLE SCHOOL
LOCATED AT 10811 MABELVALE WEST ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
variance of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City
of Little Rock for Mabelvale Middle School, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -210 be amended. Specific variance will allow four
driveways on Mabelvale West Road, with 130 foot spacing and 25 feet from West and
East property line.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
