18539• ORDINANCE NO. 18,539 • AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR VARIANCES TO ALLOW LOTS WITHOUT PUBLIC STREET FRONTAGE AND PIPE STEM LOTS WITH REDUCED STANDARDS FOR THE WOODLANDS - PRELIMINARY PLAT (S- 1313), LOCATED WEST OF BOWMAN ROAD AND THE BRODIE CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for variances from certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for The Woodlands - Preliminary Plat (S -1313) as follows: Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31 -231 be amended to permit Lots 61 -66 and 107 -109, Block 2 to have no direct public street frontage. Subsection b. That Chapter 31, Sections 31 -2 and 31- 232(f) be amended to permit Lot 24, Block 14 and Lot 11, Block 17 to be pipe stem lots with reduced standards. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
