AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF MASTER
STREET PLAN RIGHT -OF -WAY REQUIREMENTS AND
STREET CONSTRUCTION FOR LOT 4R IN BLOCK 7 AND
LOT 2R IN BLOCK 8 LOCATED AT 1410 EAST 28TH
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Lot 4R in Block 7 and Lot 2R in Block 8, as follows:
Subsection a. That section 31 -175 requiring developer to provide street improvements
in conjunction with building permit approval be waived. The specific waiver is for East
28`s and 30'h Streets.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
