ORDINANCE NO. 18,530
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO AN ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT
WITH THE MEHLBURGER FIRM, FOR GEYER
SPRINGS RAILROAD GRADE SEPARATION.
WHEREAS, City has received 80% federal matching funds.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to transfer and appropriate $153,692
from account 303 - 220 -0383 and to enter into an engineering services contract with The Mehlburger
Firm, in an amount up to $153,692 ($139,720 plus 10% contingency) for Geyer Springs Railgrade
Separation.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
