18520• • ORDINANCE NO. 18,520 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT TITLED COOK RESTORATION - REVISED PD -C (Z- 5959 -A) , LOCATED AT 3204 OLD SHACKLEFORD ROAD, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AKKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 16,879 AND CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 16,879 passed on May 2, 1995, be amended to provide for modification of the Planned Zoning Development described as Cook Restoration - Revised PD -C (Z- 5959 -A); SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from PD -C to Revised PD -C: A parcel of land in Section 16, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, and located at 3204 Old Shackleford Road, Little Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a k" rebar having a coordinates value of North 142,770.943 East 1,193,631.258, accepted as the NE corner of the North 'I SE 14 NE 14 of said Section 16; thence N86 °51'25 "W 145.45 feet to a li" rebar in the West right -of -way line of Old Shackleford Road and the point of beginning; thence 508 °17156 "W along the West right -of -way line of said road 150.0 feet to a 1" crimphead pipe; thence N87 082126 11W leaving said road y� 267.16 feet to a 11 rebar; thence N87 038154 "W 106.50 feet to a 2" diameter pipe; thence N04 006114 11E 150.36 feet to a 1" diameter pipe; thence S87 024;35 "E 384.61 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.3029 acres more or less. SECTION 3. That the revised site development plan be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Cook Restoration - Revised PD -C is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within • • the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 2 hereof. SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the plan. SECTION 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
