AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DISTRICT - COMMERCIAL TITLED CANTRELL
LOOPS SUBDIVISION (LOT 1) - SHORT -FORM
PD -C (Z -7022) LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE
OF CANTRELL ROAD AT TAYLOR LOOP ROAD
(EAST LEG) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2/C -3 to
PD -C:
A tract of land lying in the NE %s, NW 44,
Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as:
Beginning at the NE corner, NE %S, NW 4, Section
19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W; thence N88 °24100" West
158.80 feet; thence N89 002154" West 69.27 feet;
thence N89 055'37" West 131.68 feet; thence
N89 047131" West 132.34 feet; thence S00 004'01"
West 316.11 feet to the point of beginning;
thence S89 °55159" East 293.47 feet; thence
S26 °55108" East 227.88 feet to a point on the
North right -of -way line of Arkansas Highway 10
(Cantrell Road); thence in a Southwesterly
direction along the North right -of -way line of
said Highway the following courses: S62 °12129"
West 72.98 feet; S61 045129" West 72.86 feet;
S73 020139" West 142.25 feet; S81 °02'02" West
133.53 feet; thence N00 004101" East 333.41 feet
to the point of beginning containing 2.345
acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Cantrell Loops Subdivision (Lot 1) (Short -
Form PD-C) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan
approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article
VII, Section 36- 454(e) of the Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall not take effect
and be in full force until the final approval of the plan.
SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title,
section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word
of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not
affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall
remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
originally a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,
resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to
the extent of such inconsistency.
