0 0 ORDINANCE NO. 18,491 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 17,412 AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT TITLED JEWEL AND MOSER ADDITION - SHORT -FORM PD -O (Z -6220) LOCATED 155 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF CANTRELL ROAD AND SAM PECK ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 17,412 was passed on March 4, 1997 establishing a planned zoning district; and WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the repeal of the "PZD" ordinance and restoring the zoning classification as previously existed. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 17,412 is hereby repealed, removing from the official zoning map the classification PD -O - Planned Development - Office titled Jewel and Moser Addition - Short -Form PD -O located 155 feet east of the southeast corner of Cantrell Road and Sam Peck Road. SECTION 2. That the property described as: Part of the SE < NE ;4 of Section 20, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Commencing at the SW corner of Lot 44, Piedmont Subdivision, Plat #A -523 in the records of the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence NO2 008141" East along the West line of said Lot 44 232.20 feet to the point of beginning; thence N74 °48148" West 213.31 feet; thence N09 006135" East 316.43 feet to a point on the South right -of -way line of Arkansas Highway 10; thence S81 034117" East along the South right -of -way line of said Highway 170.48 feet to the NW corner of said Lot 44, Piedmont Subdivision; thence S02 008'41" West along the West line of said Lot 44 343.56 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.44 acres, more or less.
