ORDINANCE NO. 18,478
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER
STREET PLAN SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION FOR
TRIANGLE PROPERTIES INDUSTRIAL PARK LOT 3 AND
LOT 5, LOCATED AT 94011- 30.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Lot 3 and 5, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282 requiring abutting street to be constructed in
accordance with Master Street Plan be deferred. Specific deferral is for sidewalk
construction for Distribution Drive for 5 years or adjacent development whichever
occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
