9 i ORDINANCE NO. 18,462 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z- 2845 -C - Described as part of the NE . NE . of Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner of the NE . NE . of said Section 1; thence West 171.4 feet; thence South 40.0 feet to a found 2" brass cap on the South right -of -way of Baseline Road; thence S02 019'46 "W for 145 feet to a 3/4" rebar; thence N87 032'12 "W for 73.60 feet to a cotton picker spindle; thence S02 039'27 "W for 175 feet to a cotton picker spindle; thence S87 032112 11E for 200 feet to a 5/8" iron pipe; thence S02 °39'27 "W for 39.68 feet to a 3/8" rebar; thence S02 °45'55 "W for 202.45 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S02 045155 "W for 60 feet to a 3/8" rebar; thence N87 °33133 "W for 200 feet to a 5/8" pipe; thence NO2 °45155 11E for 60 feet; thence S87 °33133 "E for 200 feet to the point of beginning; containing 12,000 square feet or 0.275 acres, more or less: From "R -2" Single Family to "C -3" General Commercial. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its passage and approval. SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared to adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION S. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
