ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS AND
AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$613,921 WITH McV, INC FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
GRANITE MOUNTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, project will provide streets and drainage for Homes at Granite Mountain.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract with McV, Inc,
lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $613,922 ($558,110 plus 10%
contingency) for construction of streets and drainage for Homes at Granite Mountain.
SECTION 2. $250,000 is available from account CDBG- COO- G517 -G517 and $363,912 from 1998
Revenue Bond Interest.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
