AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6977 - Described as a part of West '!i of Section
15, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: Starting at
the SW corner of the NW 4 of said Section 15;
thence North along West line of said NW 14,
Section 15, 526.4 feet to a point in Highway No.
10 as now located; thence S80 °49' East 1,346.8
feet; thence S9 °52' West 125 feet to a point in
the South right -of -way line of said Highway No.
10; thence N80 049' West along said right -of -way
line of said Highway No. 10 for 129.0 feet to the
Point of Beginning of this description; thence
continue N80 °39' West 81.0 feet; thence S9 052'
West 417.5 feet; thence 580008' East 90 feet;

LESS and EXCEPT the following described portion
of the property described in total by the above
legal descriptions which is hereby zoned "OS"
Open Space District:
A fifty (50) foot wide strip lying along and a
parallel to the western perimeter and the
southern perimeter.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force 30 days after the date of its passage and
approval.
SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title,
section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word
of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall
not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which
shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
declared to adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
originally a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,
resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed
to the extent of such inconsistency.
