ORDINANCE NO. 18,428
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCES OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR FERNCREST
ESTATES II LOCATED NORTH SIDE OF BURLINGAME
ROAD AND NORTH OF KANIS ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for variance
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Femcrest Estates II as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring developers to provide one -half of the
required minor arterial street improvements to Kanis Road be change to two lane rural
standards with gravel shoulder.
Subsection b. That Section 31 -175 (2), requiring developers to construct paved
pathways in lieu of sidewalks be change to pathways with wood chips base and
sidewalks as indicated on the approved preliminary plat.
Subsection c. That Section 31 -202, allowing developers to extend cul -de -sac length
from 750 feet maximum allowed to 1700 feet for Fletcher Creek Cove and 1 100 feet for
Coldwater Canyon.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
