AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW DOUBLE -
FRONTAGE LOTS AND A VARIANCE FROM THE MAXIMUM
LOT WIDTH TO DEPTH RATIO STANDARDS FOR FERNCREST
ESTATES (PHASE II) - PRELIMINARY PLAT (S -1302)
LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF KAKIS ROAD AND
THE NORTH SIDE OF BURLINGAME ROAD, APPROXIMATELY
1,100 FEET EAST OF WALNUT GROVE ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended
to provide for variances of certain requirements within the
Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Ferncrest
Estates (Phase II) - Preliminary Plat (S -1302) as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31- 232(d) be amended to
permit Lots 1 -8, 33 -46 and 102 -104 as double- frontage lots, and;
Subsection b. That Chapter 31, Section 31- 232(b) be amended to
permit Lots 22, 115 -116 and 134 -135 as lots exceeding the maximum lot
width -to -depth ratio.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
from and after its passage.
