AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6956 - Described as part of the West 'i SW 14 of
Section 8, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the SW corner of the SW k of said
Section 8; thence NO1 007'40" West along the West
line of said SW 'ti, Section 8, 1,525.14 feet to a
point on the North right -of -way line of U.S.
Interstate Hwy. 30; thence N67 °38154" East, along
said North right -of -way line 19.79 feet to the
Point of Beginning; thence NO1 °35125" West 600.0
feet; thence N89 °58121" East, 114.0 feet; thence
SO1 034128" East, 546.56 feet to a point on the
North right -of -way line of said U.S. Interstate
Highway 30; thence S67 038154" West along said
North right -of -way line, 124.43 feet to the point

in full force from and after its passage and approval.
