AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION ALONG STAGECOACH
ROAD FOR FOREST GARDENS PRD LOCATED WEST
SIDE OF STAGECOACH ROAD AND 500 FEET SOUTH OF
BASELINE ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for deferral of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Forest Gardens as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring developers to provide sidewalks
construction along Stagecoach Road be deferred for a period of five (5) years or until
Lot 2 development, whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
