18413NO. 18,413 E AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A LOT WITHOUT PUBLIC STREET FRONTAGE FOR RIPLEY ADDITION - PRELIMINARY PLAT (5 -1304) LOCATED ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF STAGECOACH ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 500 FEET SOUTH OF BASELINE ROAD. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a variance from certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Ripley Addition - Preliminary Plat (5 -1304) as follows: Subsection A. That Chapter 31, Section 31 -231 be amended to permit Lot 1 to have no direct public street frontage. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
