AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FOR HANDICAP RAMP
CONSTRUCTION.
WHEREAS, City is required to spend $250,000 per year on handicap ramp construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. City Manager is authorized to transfer and appropriate $250,000
from account 200 - 220 - 2210 -6081 for construction of handicap ramps.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
