AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 15,210
AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT
TITLED BIRCH CREEK APARTMENTS - SHORT -FORM
PRD (Z-4747) LOCATED AT 5900/5908 GEYER
SPRINGS ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15,210 was passed on December 2,
1986 establishing a planned zoning district; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
the repeal of the "PZD" ordinance and restoring the zoning
classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 15,210 is hereby repealed,
removing from the official zoning map the classification PRD -
Planned Residential District titled Birch Creek Apartments -
Short -Form PRD located at 5900/5908 Geyer Springs Road.
SECTION 2. That the property described as:
Lot B, except the East 20.0 feet thereof; and except
the South 100.0 feet thereof, of the Subdivision of
the South 'N, NE '<, NE 144, Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
thence also Lot 1R of Hoods Replat of Lot 1;
Subdivision of the South '', HE 'S, NE 'S, Section 25,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, less and except, beginning at the NE
corner of the South 't, NE 'a, NE 'i, Section 25, T -1-
N, R -13 -W, West 30.0 feet to the West right -of -way
line of Geyer Springs Road; thence South 80.0 feet
along said right -of -way to the point of beginning;
thence West 150.0 feet; thence North 80.0 feet;
thence West 155.9 feet; thence South 120.0 feet;
thence East 305.9 feet; thence North 40.0 feet to
the point of beginning, all in the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Be restored to C -4 Open Display District as existed
prior to the adoption of Ordinance No. 15,210.

SECTION 3. It is hereby determined by the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock that there is immediate need to revoke
the Birch Creek Apartments - Short -Form PRD. An emergency is
therefore declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full
force and take effect from and after its passage and approval.
