ORDINANCE NO. 18,396
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6934 - Described as a part of the East 1/3 of the NW
'a NW ., Section 8, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, more particularly
described as beginning at a point on the North right -
of -way of the Little Rock -Hot Springs Highway, 100
feet 5580 West from the intersection of the East line
of said NW 4 NW '•a, Section 8, and the North line of
said Highway, from the point of beginning, to run
N18 °05' West 332.3 feet to an iron pin; thence S67 020'
West 249.4 feet to an iron pin; thence South 423.2
feet to a point on the North line of the Little Rock -
Hot Springs Highway at a point 18.7 feet Northeasterly
from an old pin; thence Northeasterly along the
Highway right -of -way line 391.4 feet more or less, to
the Point of Beginning, excepting a small section of
an existing cemetery in the Southwest corner of the
plat, consisting of 2.56 acres, more or less;

thence West 30 feet; thence South parallel with the East
line of said NW 14 NW '4 Section 8, to a point on the North
line of the said cemetery tract, thence N530 East to the
point of beginning, consisting of .13 acres, more or less:
From "R -2" Single Family to "C -1" Neighborhood Commercial

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
