ORDINANCE NO. 18,395
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6933 - Described as part of Tract 13, Sach's
Suburban Tracts located in the SE %a of Section 6, T -1-
N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Beginning at the SW corner of Tract 13, said Sach's
Suburban Tracts; thence NO1 028'00" West along the West
line of said Tract 13, a distance of 182.12 feet;
thence N89 °07115" East 284.01 feet to the West right -
of -way line of Kirby Road; thence S00 °08102" East
along said West right -of -way line 363.99 feet to the
North right -of -way line of Kanis Road; thence
N57 °37159" West along said North right -of -way line
331.70 feet to the Point of Beginning containing 1.762
acres, more or less: From "R -2" Single Family to
"C -1" Neighborhood Commercial District. (Northwest
corner of Kanis Road and Kirby Road intersection)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
