AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN Fees $17.00
(16,222) IN THE COLLEGE STATION /SWEET HOME
PLANNING DISTRICT FROM PARK /OPEN SPACE,
SINGLE FAMILY, PUBLIC INSTITUTIONAL,
MULTI- FAMILY, COMMERCIAL TO MIXED USE,
SINGLE FAMILY, PUBLIC INSTITUTIONAL, AND
LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it
appropriate to amend the plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Park /Open Space along the north side
of Springer Boulevard between Detroit Street and Waters
Road for a depth of 300, be amended to Mixed Use on the
Land Use Plan.
SECTION 2. That single Family at the southeast corner
of Caroline Street and Springer Boulevard be amended to
Mixed Use on the Land Use Plan.
SECTION 3. That the southern one -half of the
Commercial between Caroline Street, 2 "d Street and Springer
Boulevard be amended to Single Family on the Land Use Plan.
SECTION 4. That Single Family at 1900 Simpson Street
be amended to Public Institutional on the Land Use Plan.
SECTION 5. That Single Family, Commercial, Public
Institutional and Multi - Family between Gilliam Park Road,
Springer Boulevard and Edge Street be amended to Low
Density Residential on the Land Use Plan.
SECTION 6. That the ordinance
be in full force from and after its
