AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING DRIVEWAY SPACING WAIVER
FOR ACXIOM PLAZA LOCATED AT NE CORNER OF
RIVERFRONT DRIVE AND MORGAN KEEGAN DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Acxiom Plaza, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -210 be waived. Specific waiver will allow two
driveways on Morgan Keegan Drive, with 175 foot spacing and 25 feet from North
property line.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
