ORDINANCE NO. 18, 358
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF SUBDIVISION
ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR WIND RIVER OFFICE
BUILDING, LOCATED AT 2300 COTTONDALE LANE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance for the City of Little Rock for Wind
River Office Building, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -210 requiring sidewalk construction within the right -of-
way adjacent to property line be deferred. Specific deferral is for 5 years along
Cottondale Lane frontage.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
