AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A
PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT TITLED STAGECOACH VILLAGE (LOT
2) - SHORT -FORM POD (Z- 6178 -D) , LOCATED AT
9222 STAGECOACH ROAD, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCES NO.
18,234 AND CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 18,234 passed on March 21,
2000, be amended to provide for modification of the Planned
Zoning Development described as Stagecoach Village (Lot 2) -
Short -Form POD (Z- 6178 -D);
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from PCD to POD:
Part of the North 'it, NE 4 of Section 5, T -1 -S, R -13-
W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
Commencing at the SW corner of the North '� NE 14
Section 5; thence S85 057100 11E 968.84 feet to a point
on the West right -of -way line of Arkansas Highway 5
(Stagecoach Road); thence along the West right -of-
way line of Arkansas Highway 5 the following
courses: N06 °12154" East 51.66 feet; N53 °20123"
East 60.42 feet; N28 053145" East 81.90 feet to the
Point of Beginning; thence N61 006115" West 210.0
feet; thence N28 053145" East 130.0 feet; thence
S61 °06115" East 210.0 feet to a point on the West
right -of -way line of Arkansas Highway 5 (Stagecoach
Road); thence S28 053145" West along said right -of-
way 130.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing
0.62 acres, more or less.
SECTION 3. That the revised site development plan be
approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission.

SECTION 4. That the change zoning classification
contemplated for Stagecoach Village (Lot 2) - Short -Form POD is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time
specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the
Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 5. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 6. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
