AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED BUSSELL - SHORT -
FORM PCD (Z -6719) LOCATED AT 17201 LAWSON
ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from C -1 to PCD.
A part of the NE 14, SE 14, Section 23, T -1 -N, R -14 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of the NE 4, SE '�I, Sec.
23; thence run NO2 029130" East 295.38 feet to a
point of beginning; thence run N84 °46' West 168.55
feet; thence run NO3 °43' East 256 feet; thence run
S66 003125" East along Lawson Road 175 feet; thence
run S02 °29'30" West, along the East line of the NE
'a, SE 4, Sec. 23, and also along Sullivan Road,
200.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing in
all 0.9 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Bussell (Short -Form PCD) is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
