ORDINANCE NO. 18.307
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
MASTER STREET PLAN SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION
FOR WESTWOOD INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION
(S- 1285), LOCATED AT EAST SIDE OF SHACKLEFORD
ROAD AT CLEARWATER DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Westwood Industrial Park Subdivision, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -210 requiring abutting service roads to be constructed in
accordance with Master Street Plan be waived. Specific waiver is for sidewalks along
service roads between lots I and 2; lots 10 and 11; and lots I I and 12.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.

AND A VARIANCE OF MINIMUM PLATTED FRONT BUILDING
LINE FOR WESTWOOD INDUSTRIAL PARK - PRELIMINARY
PLAT (S- 1285), LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF
SHACKLEFORD ROAD AT CLEARWATER DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for variances of certain requirements within the
Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Westwood
Industrial Park - Preliminary Plat (S -1285) as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31- 313(a) be amended to
permit Lots 7 and 8 with lot widths of 140 feet.
Subsection b. That Chapter 31, Section 31 -314 be amended to
permit a platted front building line of 50 feet for the subdivision.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
from and after its passage.
