183054 r 1''1 1 BLS 6h3 ORDINANCE NO. 18,306 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE FROM MASTER STREET PLAN MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR HORIZONTAL RADIUS AT UNNAMED CUL -DE -SAC WITHIN WESTWOOD INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION (S- 1285), LOCATED AT EAST SIDE OF SHACKLEFORD ROAD AT CLEARWATER DRIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a variance of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock for Westwood Industrial Park Subdivision, as follows: Subsection a. That Section 31 -204 requiring minimum horizontal radius for commercial street be reduced from 275 to 150 feet. Specific variance is for unnamed cul -de -sac. SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
