AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR VALLEY
FALLS ESTATES SUBDIVISION (S -1280) LOCATED
WEST SIDE OF SOUTH KATILLIUS ROAD AND SOUTH
OF CANTRELL ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Valley Falls Estates Subdivision as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring developers to provide one-
half of the required arterial street improvements for Unnamed Arterial
Road, be deferred for a period of five years or until abutting street
improvements are constructed, whichever occurs first. Specific deferral is
for half street widening to 12 feet of pavement and 8 feet of shoulder from
centerline, with sidewalk per Ordinance 15,594.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
