AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF ALL SUBDIVISION
ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR LOTS 13 AND 14,
CERE'S ADDITION (S -1282) LOCATED ON THE EAST AND
WEST SIDES OF SMITH LANE, NORTH OF BAILEY ROAD
AND EAST OF ARCH STREET PIKE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a waiver of certain
Subdivision Ordinance design and multiple building site plan
requirements is appropriate for the property described as Lots 13
and 14, Cere's Addition.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended
to provide for a waiver of all requirements within the Subdivision
Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Lots 13 and 14, Cere's
Addition to Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas (Jimmy Patton)
located on the east and west sides of Smith Lane, north of Bailey
Road and East of Arch Street Pike.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
from and after its passage.
