NO. 18.2J9__ AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z -6828 - Described as part of the HE 4 and part of the NE 14 of the SE 4 of Section 9, T -1 -N, R- 13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of said NE 14; thence S87 °36149" East 1,430.11 feet to a point on the Westerly right -of -way line of Centerview Drive; thence along said right -of -way line N19 012128" West 177.42 feet.; thence N60 045127" East 59.65 feet to a point on the Easterly right -of -way line of Centerview Drive and the Point of Beginning; thence N58 °50100" East 617.14 feet; thence S28 °37150" East 97.48 feet; thence S48 025'02" East 190.04 feet to a point on the Northerly right -of -way line of Peachtree Drive; thence along said right -of -way line S41 °35'59" West 187.63 feet; thence continuing along said right - of -way line S55 °27134" West 305.91 feet; thence continuing along said right -of -way line S49 007118" East 28.75 feet; thence continuing along said right -of -way line S64 012134" West 172.20 feet; thence continuing along said right - of -way line on a curve to the right having a radius of 40.00 feet, an arc distance of 60.70 feet and a chord bearing and distance of N72 008138" West 55.04 feet to a point on the Easterly right -of -way line of Centerview, Drive; thence along said right -of -way line N28 040100" West to the Point of Beginning, containing 5.061 acres, more or less: From 110-3" General Office to 110-2" Office and Institutional District.
