ORDINANCE NO. 18,278
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN STREET IMPROVEMENTS
FOR ADVANCE AUTO PARTS, LOCATED EAST OF
BARROW ROAD BETWEEN WEST 31sT AND WEST 36TH
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Advance Auto Parts, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282 requiring abutting street to be constructed
in accordance with Master Street Plan be deferred. Specific deferral is for
commercial street improvements including sidewalk for West 35th Street for
5 years or Phase II development, whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
